Google Translate-Translated Search

Have the need for surfing the web but language barriers hold you back from completing your searches? Google offers a web search translation through Google Translate (Translated Search).

Translated Search allows a reader to surf the web in the 51 different languages available through Google. This tool permits a user to search for a particular subject, just as if you were browsing the web, and translate a web page. For instance, if you were searching for jobs in another country you could use Translated Search. Simply go to: Google Translate, Click on the Translated Search tab and input jobs in the "search for" box. Determine your current language and the language you are searching for. Click "Translate and Search" and different web pages related to your search instantly appear. These pages show in two different columns, the first-in your current language, the second-in the language you are searching for. Now, instead of searching the original page in the language you are unable to read, you would chose the same site in your current language. The web page looks identical but it is translated for better interpretation. This tool makes it available for an individual to research jobs on their own right off of another country's web page for FREE, instead of having to pay a company to do the research for you. Google's Web 2.0 Technology's offer several options for an individual, not to mention the use of these technology's (including Google Translate) are FREE!

  3. I think that this is wonderful, especially for students who come to the US to study and want to communicate with family via the internet. I also think that it is great for international companies or companies that want to become international.
